Access the Kingdom Come: Deliverance console commands to manipulate the medieval RPG to your needs.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is already proving pretty divisive among fans, with good ideas seemingly hampered by poor execution.
While the setting, environment and story are all being praised, the technical execution is poor. The game launched riddled with issues, including problems with quests bugs that took two weeks or more to be fixed.
There are also problem with a difficult lock picking system on consoles, and an awkward save system. Although that can be gotten around with a simple mod.
However, if you’re playing on PC you have access to the console commands. It’s here you can manipulate some variables although it’s worth noting that a lot of the most common commands have been removed for the final release.

During Kingdom Come: Deliverance’s alpha and beta it was possible to give your character infinite money, items and weapons. These commands are currently disabled so we haven’t listed them. If they do return we’ll update as soon as we’re aware.
There are still plenty of helpful commands though, like the “showfirecursor” command is incredibly useful during the Baptism of Fire and All that Glisters main quests.

Kingdom Come Deliverance money and item cheats
These cheats were available during the beta tests but have since been disabled for the proper release. Considering how buggy this game is, it wouldn’t surprise us if the money cheat and the item cheat were re-enabled at some point soon. So we’ve decided to list them here for when that day comes.
If you’re on the fence about buying Kingdom Come: Deliverance we’d recommend reading all the review scores first.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance’s save system is drawing big complaints from players – here’s a mod to make it less annoying.
Update: The original mod has been updated so you now don’t even need to have a Saviour Schnapps in your inventory. You can now save anywhere and without a Saviour Schnapps in your backpack. You’ll find the new save mod right here.
Original story: Aside from the launch day bugs that are hampering frame rates and quests, two big complaints are surfacing from Kingdom Come players; Lockpicking is bizarrely hard, and the save system is awful.
Luckily for PC players, less than 24 hours after the game’s release, some clever modder has fixed the save problem.
The problem with saving in Kingdom Come: Deliverance is that there are only three ways to save your game. Reaching a certain point in a quest will automatically save your game, as you might expect. But with quests this long and requiring multiple tasks, save points can seem hours apart with the risk of losing lots of progress.
Another way is to sleep. This is fine in theory, but if you sleep mid-quest there’s a very real risk you’ll fail due to time-sensitive tasks.

Unlike the majority of games, Kingdom Come: Deliverance will not let the player save anywhere. The only other way to save the game is to use a potion called the Saviour Schnapps. You can only carry three of these at any point and you’re given some at the start of the game. But then you’ll need to either find the rare item in the game world, brew it yourself or buy them, using precious gold. You’re effectively buying your save game in the open world.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance save mod
To get around this problem, the Unlimited Saving mod will allow you to save almost anytime and anywhere. That should make the game a lot less frustrating.
If you don’t want to apply a mod you can always try editing the Steam game files yourself using this guide, but we’d recommend caution and confidence in that case.
If you haven’t already bought Kingdom Come: Deliverance for either PC, PS4 or Xbox One we’d recommend waiting for the main known bugs to get fixed, but if you’re desperate for some medieval role-playing you can read up on all the review scores so you’ve got a fair bit of warning before you go in.
As with any mod that you apply to your game be careful not to screw your files up.
Oh, and the lock picking problem? We’ve got a guide to picking locks right here.

The game has a number of ways you can save your game, but they all require a bit of effort, much to the annoyance of players.
To save your game manually in Kingdom Come Deliverance you either need to use Saviour Schnapps, visit a bathhouse, or sleep in your bed. The Schnapps can be bought from traders or crafted at an Alchemy Table - the latter requires the right ingredients and isn't something you'll need to worry about during the opening. The game will save automatically when you start a new quest or advance to an important event.

While PC players of Kingdom Come Deliverance can make use of a growing number of mods, including the handy save game mod we've detailed above, console players aren't so lucky. Sadly there is no way to mod the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Kingdom Come Deliverance, so in those versions of the game you're going to have to make do with the standard ways to save your progress.
Elsewhere in the site we have a Kingdom Come: Deliverance Combat Guide, a Kingdom Come: Deliverance Weapons Guide, a Kingdom Come: Deliverance Armor Guide, and a Kingdom Come: Deliverance Horse Guide

Based off the Steam guide by Reddit user EddieShoe and the mod by biosmanager, this will allow you to save your game without using any Saviour Schnapps. Basically giving you unlimited saves. Please be aware there are certain points in the game (for example, right at the start) where you cannot save the game no matter what and thus, this mod will not allow you to save during these times either. There are two version of this file. One where you still need at least one schnapps in your inventory and one where you don't. I will not be responsible if your game or any of your saves stop working! I have received achievements after doing this, so as far as I know they remain unaffected by this. It's worth noting that I continually update the sticky post under the posts section, make sure to read it before reporting a bug or if you have any questions. That's it! It should now look like this: Usage When saving the game, ensure you use the 'Escape' key menu and save the game that way. Do not drink the Savior Schnapps from your inventory or it will still use the potion up. So once again -- only save using the escape menu! Known Issues Cannot launch game or save/load This can be because of a corrupted profile folder. The error message should be:'[PlayerProfiles] CGameContext::StartGame User 'Name' has no active profile!' Go to C:UsersUSERNAMESaved Gameskingdomcome and take a backup of the 'profiles' folder. After, you simply remove it and try launching the game again. Your saves should remain unaffected, but take backups of the 'saves' folder just to be sure. Also make sure not to tab out during the startup. This can (and most likely will) crash the game! 'Game Saved' message stuck on screen This has been reported without the mod as well. I have encountered this once, and during that time the lockpick bug below happened as well. If it happens, save the game and restart. It should be gone. Lockpicking randomly stops working Same fix as above, restart your game. I've seen reports of this with and without the mod, so it's safe to say that this is a game bug that is not caused by using the mod. Save games capped at 300 Someone has reported that the game won't let you save after you've got 300 saves. Take backups of all your saves, remove all saves except your latest one. Now go in-game and load that save, delete it from the load menu and then save. It should be labeled as 'Save 1' now. This has been confirmed on the consoles as well, so it's not caused by the mod. Thanks to /u/AENIGMA_UK for this. Removal If you're not happy with the mod or it doesn't work, delete the folder that you extracted to your Mods folder. It's one of these:
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a game that requires time and patience. As such, it stands to reason that players take risks only sparingly. However, sometimes you really want to give something a try, unsure of how it will turn out. Smart gamers know it’s wise to save your game before attempting any potential foolery. Unfortunately, Kingdom Come: Deliverance limits the player’s ability to save the game by forcing them to sleep in a bed or consume a bottle of Saviour Schnapps, of which Henry can only carry a maximum of three at a time. Fortunately mod support exists, and a new Unlimited Save Mod is already available.
How to Get Unlimited Saves
Over at Nexus Mods, a popular mod collection site for games such as Fallout 4 and The Witcher 3, a pair of modders by the names EddieShoe and Biosmanager have created the Unlimited Saving mod. The premise of the mod is very simple: it removes the requirement to have Saviour Schnapps in your inventory when attempting to save the game from the menu.
When saving the game, ensure you use the “Escape” key menu and save the game that way. Do not drink the Savior Schnapps from your inventory or it will still use the potion up. So once again — only save using the escape menu!
